On Tuesday night the rain held off just long enough for the families of Forney to spend several hours enjoying the centuries old tradition of Trick-or-Treating.
Dozens of the homeowners living in the Forney sub-divisions of Greyhawk, Mustang Creek and the Trails of Chestnut Meadows went “all out” for the children of this community.
Creating a fun and festive environment, drivers slowly maneuvered through crowded neighborhoods as dozens of children excitedly roamed from house to house collecting buckets full of candy.
Many very generous homeowners got into the spooky spirit this year, and in spite of the cold and damp weather, hundreds of families bundled up their little princesses, goblins, dinosaurs, super heroes, witches, dinosaurs and scary ghouls, and immensely enjoyed the holiday.
